Court-Mandated Therapy

We work with the courts in providing psychotherapy services to clients that are ordered to have this service.

Mindful Behavior takes pride in servicing the Garfield Ridge Community and surrounding areas. We provide in-person and telehealth services 6 days a week. Please note that we probably take your insurance, however, it is your responsibility to know the fees associated with your insurance. If insurance does not pay, you are responsible. For individuals who have fees associated with their insurance, telehealth clients and self-pay clients, they are REQUIRED to have a credit card on file. We do utilize a collection agency for unpaid invoices/balances. We assess clients and assign them to their therapist. Due to our high demand, you may be put on a waitlist depending on therapist availability. We do our best to match you with the right therapist, however, if you are unsatisfied with the assigned therapist, you may speak to our clinical director and request a new therapist.

We welcome feedback. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please request to contact our Owner, Elaine, and she will do her best to resolve the issue. We cannot please everyone and try to meet everyone’s needs but we do slip through the cracks. Please be patient with our process and we will ensure you are well taken care of. We know individuals can become frustrated with the delay in response, however, due to being the only counseling practice in the area, we will have a delay in response.
